Shaker Boxes
I make all sizes and styles of Shaker boxes from Cherry. Boxes made from other woods depend on the size of pieces I am able to get and how the wood itself bends. Some of the other woods include: Elm, Curly Maple, Birdseye Maple, Walnut, Oak, Apple, Kentucky Coffee Tree, among a variety of others. Below is a small sampling of some of the boxes I make.

Below is a display of my boxes at Penns Creek Pottery in Mifflinburg. My work is available here year round, but this display was set up during their open house, the first Saturday in November. If you are ever in the area be sure to stop by and see the owner Bill Lynch turning pots right there in the mill. The shop is in a beautifully restored grist mill along Penns Creek.
